Retrove is small and we add sellers one at a time. Every application is read by a person rather than a filter, so give us a few days. Here is what we are looking for, before you spend five minutes on the form.
We read what you send and then go and look at it: the shop, the seller profile, the website, the pieces. We are working out three things. That you are real. That the stock is real and yours. That your record elsewhere reads like someone who posts on time and answers messages. Where it is close we email and ask, rather than turning you down quietly.
Approved sellers connect Stripe, bring their stock across and go live. Nothing is charged up front, and commission is a flat 10%, taken only when a piece sells. The detail is in the seller terms and the seller FAQ.
You are welcome, and there is a path on the form for it. With no sales history for us to read, we ask what you are planning to sell and where you get it instead, so answer that one properly. An Instagram with photographs of the pieces you already have counts for a lot.
eBay, Etsy, Depop, Vinted, Shopify, your own site: all fine. If you sell on eBay, send us your listings when you join and we import them for you. From anywhere else you add your pieces on Retrove yourself, which takes a photo and a few details per piece. Automatic stock syncing only runs where we have a live connection to your platform; where we do not, Etsy included, you keep your Retrove rail up to date yourself, the same as selling off a shop floor.
